We work with young people aged 12–24 and their families who reside, work or study in Bayside (east of Sydney airport), City of Sydney, Randwick, Waverley and Woollahra local government areas.

Young people and their families must meet our financial criteria in order to receive our support.

Centre 360 is a service of St Francis Social Services.

We pride ourselves on offering young people a therapeutic point of difference.

As a counselling service, we walk alongside you so that you feel comfortable and safe to tell your story and share whatever life challenges you are experiencing. We listen to you and support you to reflect on your thoughts and goals, which might include increasing your overall daily functioning, quality of life, wellness and decision-making. We are here to do our best for you and meet you where you are, with no judgment. 

We offer more than a 50-minute counselling session. When warranted, we go further, advocating for you in the health and court systems, the NDIS, at school, Centrelink, Housing NSW, with complex family relationships and other challenges, so you can achieve your life goals.

We know how hard it can be to ask for help – and find the right kind of help. If, for any reason, our counsellors aren’t the right fit for you, we are committed to making a referral to someone better able to assist you.
